Terms And Conditions

By using any of my services offered on this website, you hereby agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Usage Policy, and Cancellation Policy of this website.

I, Amirul Baharudin reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions, Privacy & Usage Policy, and Cancellation Policy without prior notice.

1. PAYMENT METHOD

For now, I only accept Stripe and Paypal as payment gateway.

2. Showcasing Design Works

I, Amirul Baharudin reserves to right to share design work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The Client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and me, which in turn would void my right to share or discuss client’s work publicly.

3. Electronic communications, transactions and signatures

Client hereby consents to receive electronic communications from Amirul Baharudin and the client agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent via email or through the website satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing. Client hereby agrees to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by Amirul Baharudin or through the website. Client hereby waives any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records or to payments or the granting of credits by any means other than electronic.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

I, Amirul Baharudin shall not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any loss, damage and/or consequence whatsoever in relation to any of the projects.

I shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the Client. I reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

5. DESIGN THAT I DO NOT ACCEPT

I, Amirul Baharudin have the right not to accept any design commission, which may include but is not limited to:

  • Pornography/adult related website
  • Gambling website
  • A website that promotes violence, racism, and abusive content

Flat Pricing Web Design (SPECIFICS)

1. WEB DESIGN INITIAL PACKAGES

Every website that you purchase through this website will include these packages by default:

  • 3 website pages
  • 3 revisions
  • Delivered within 7-days
  • 5 product listing, if you purchase e-commerce functionality

2. OWNERSHIP

Upon completion of a custom website design and payment of web design and development fees by me, the client is the owner of the commissioned website. The client may choose to do whatever they want with the website.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

For a web design project, a web design project will only start once you make a purchase through our website.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF BOTH PARTIES

Unless purchased with the web design package, the client must include every brand asset that wants to be used in the project.

The client must provide everything, that may include the brand logo, color scheme, and copywriting in order to complete the project within the designated time. In case the client fails to provide the brand asset to us, we will replace it with dummy content(logo, text, and images).

Free E-commerce Website (SPECIFICS)

1. OWNERSHIP

When initiating this deal, you agree that every outcome of this deal which may include but is not limited to the website, domain name, and hosting will be my intellectual property entirely.

2. Hosting & MAintenance

I, Amirul Baharudin will provide the hosting, domain name, and anything necessary to get the website created through this deal up and running.

3. Contract Periods

Contract period can be negotiated during the first initiation call. It will be between 1 to 5 years period.

4. Buying Of Website Ownership

After the contract periods end, you can decide whether to buy ownership of the website. If you choose not to buy the ownership after the contract ends, the website will be deleted after one month. The cost of the website ownership will be laid out in the contract.

Business Website Maintenance (SPECIFICS)

My maintenance plans will include Self-Hosted Plan and Dedicated Plan.

For Self-Hosted Plan, I will only be responsible for maintaining your website. This will exclude the hosting and domain name, which need to be prepared by the client themselves.

For Dedicated Plan, I will only be responsible for maintaining your website and the hosting, which will be on our server including the domain name.

1. OWNERSHIP

The client will owned the hosting and domain name if they choose Self-Hosted Plan from my website maintenance plan or they choose to maintain the website themselves.

In case the client chose Dedicated Plan from Go Website’s Website Maintenance, I will own the right to the server and the domain name.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

For a Website Maintenance, client can choose whether to pay monthly or annually. In case, the client decide to commit to an annual payment, discount will be provided.

3. Renewal

I, Amirul Baharudin will not auto-renew the client’s Website Maintenance plan. I will send out a reminder email to my clients 30 days prior to the service expiration date. The client needs to confirm renewal and followed by payment.

Failure to make payment before the expiration date will result in:

  • Immediate termination of Website Maintenance plan.
  • The risk of losing the domain name and the hosting server.
